ARTS-Glacerhi was invited by Dr. Sunanda Reddy from CARENIDHI to do a workshop with the children and their parents, siblings and caregivers who had come to celebrate 20 years of their collective journey working together.
Nurturing Creativity for Child Development was the focus of this workshop. We worked with clay and created different stories, and in groups we worked with them to create different objects and creatures with clay. Since the focus group of this workshop was not just the children, we worked with everyone in the room to create and share. Each individual is unique, and their interest and communication with us and each other was truly commendable.
We hope to work again with everyone at Carenidhi in the near future.
